Calling all supporters to come over to Hawkfield on Wednesday night to get behind our Joe Mallon Motors sponsored Minor Football Team in the Division 4 League Final against Rathangan.

The lads lost their opening two league games against Rathangan and Abbey Rangers in the league, before finding their stride and recording good victories against O'Tooles, St Edwards and Suncroft, before overturning the loss to Abbey Rangers in the semi final. Rathangan remain the only unbeaten side at this stage but the Cappagh boys have earned the chance for a shot at the title.

The team have been preparing well all season under the guidance of Donagh O'Leary, Tom Flanagan, Paul Sweeney and Frank Carter, while also benefitting from the additional coaching from Ronan Walsh.
