An enthralling encounter tonight in Kilcock as the St Cocas amalgamation of Cappagh GAA - One Club & Kilcock GAA Club saw out a great win against a tough Clane side.

St Cocas dominated the first half, and built a healthy lead with some fine scores, and led comfortably at half time.

But with the wind at their backs, and a renewed energy, Clane fought back admirably, and narrowed the gap.

St Cocas held firm though, and converted some super scores from distance to stay ahead and see out the win.

What a game of hurling, once again highlighting the excitement and speed of this game…

We’ll done lads, this is serious stuff, in Division 1 , and brilliant to be more than holding our own.
