The wet & windy conditions on Thursday evening didn’t stop our LGFA U13’s sponsored by Glentech Electrical from making it 6 out of 6 against a good Rathcoffey team

Unfortunately Rathcoffey only had 11 players but it meant players had plenty of room to show off their skills.

Cappagh played with the wind in the 1st half and got done great goals from Sienna Campion & Grace Hyland, as well as points from Lila Kate Finn, Aisling Nolan & Sarah Shelley

Rathcoffey had some very strong ball carriers and got through for a number of goals early in the 2nd half but Cappagh scores coming too, with Patrice Maher getting two goals in the 2nd half

Sophie Cahill & Olwen MacMahon took turns in goal and ensured Rathcoffey never got close enough to Cappagh

The girls won in the end by 8-14 v 5-3 and have 1 final league game v Castledermot before having a league semi final in early June to look forward to
