It’s 5 from 5 for our U13 girls sponsored by Glentech Electrical. They made the trip down to Ellistown on Thursday evening to see could they keep their winning run going & got into their stride from the start, benefiting from the good match against Kilcock last week

With Emily Connolly back at centre back and Sienna Campion in goal, our defence was very strong and some great movement of the ball forward led to a string of first half scores from Dearbhla Nolan, Aisling Nolan & Sarah Shelley

The team was captained by Naoise Mulligan and they continued their form into the 2nd half with all the subs making a string impact
Aoibhe Hosey scoring one a point after a great team move.  Ellistown had strong players down the middle of their team but couldn’t match Cappagh’s overall team work as the girls ran out winners by 7-7 v 2-4
