Starting Monday, 9th September, we're excited to launch a new walking group for adults in the community! 🌟

Details:

🗓 When: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:30 PM

📍 Where: Cappagh GAA Walkway

The group offers a fantastic chance for everyone to stay active and social during the darker evenings. Thanks to Cappagh GAA, the walkway is well-lit and free from traffic, making it a safe space to walk.

How to Join: Not a Cappagh Social Member yet? No problem! You can register via the link below. Feel free to pop down any evening, enjoy a walk, have a chat, and rack up those steps! 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
