On Tuesday night our Joe Mallon Motor Group sponsored Minor Boys (u18) footballers have a home quarter final in the minor football championship against O'Tooles.

Cappagh lost out to Confey in round 1, but have bounced back with a walkover against Monasterevan and an impressive win against Kilcullen in the 3rd round to set up this quarter final clash against the Castledermot/Grange combination. O'Tooles also received a walkover against Monasterevan, had a victory over Abbey Rangers and a defeat to St Edwards in their 3 games. The teams met earlier in the year in a league game when Cappagh came out on top in an excellent game.
